Performance's RMT practitioner, Kelsy Kunzli, has created a Whole Body Yoga series which will take place in March for 4 weeks.
Kelsy completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in the fall. She wanted to add Yoga into her current practice because she noticed a gap with her patients.
Through her experience with yoga and as an RMT she has created a 4 week series which will have a combination of stretching and strengthening to improve mobility and stability.
These sessions will give participants tools for self-care to help improve posture, prevent injury and return to function.
Her classes will focus on proper alignment as well as cueing to engage the correct muscles and connective tissue.
Yoga has helped Kelsy find balance in her mind, body and daily life and she wants to share its benefits.
Kelsy's Whole Body Yoga Series will take place in the Vayusha Yoga Studio, is open to all levels of Yoga practitioners and is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. There are still one or two spots available.

March 7th - 6:15 - 7:30PM - Cervical Spine and Shoulders
March 14th - 6:15 - 7:30PM - Thoracic Spine and Ribcage
March 21st - 6:15 - 7:30PM - Lumbar Spine, Pelvis and Hips
March 28th - 6:15 - 7:30PM - Extremities
