 Front Desk Clinic Manager 

 

We are invested in patient experience. Which means we need our front desk to run like clockwork.
 

To do this we need a great Front Desk Clinic Manager to lead our exceptional front desk team. If
you are an experienced Clinic Manager whose full of team spirit and looking for a new challenge,
we want to hear from you!

 

Acting as the manager to our front desk team, you are a great communicator. Your passion for
problem solving is felt by those around you. You want to improve the patient and also the staff
experience. Additionally, you will work with various team members to fully support the clinic,
looking for opportunities to increase efficiency and serving as an ambassador for our brand.
Located in the Grandview Area of South Surrey, we are a group of committed Chiropractors,
Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Naturopathic Doctors and of
course Allied Health MOAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Front Desk Team – supervising, training, scheduling of staff.

  • Operations – Managing day-to day operations of office.

  • HR – Submit Payroll , staff reviews, and daily management.

  • Reception – Managing inventory / supply orders, phone calls email, etc.

  • Client Account Management, liaison with accounting department.

  • Be an integral part the management team.

  • Ability to assertively lead the front desk team.

  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Mac based products.

 

Education / Experience: Post-Secondary – preferably in Business or Office administration.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative role. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
 

Bonus: Knowledge of Jane app software. Supervisory experience in a medical, dental or health
care clinic.

Allied Health Medical Office Assistant/ Front Desk

We are looking for Allied Health Medical Office Assistants to join our team.

As an Allied Health Medical Office Assistant (AH-MOA) you are part of our front desk team. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our high level of patient satisfaction. Acting as the first line to patients, you will be a great communicator assisting patients in every interaction. You will connect with patients including: greeting patients and managing the flow of the clinic, addressing patient inquiries, answering telephones and emails, managing of billing for patients including insurer billings, scheduling patients, recalling patients, and overall coordination of patients experience. Additionally, you will work with various team members to fully support the clinic, looking for opportunities to increase efficiency and serving as an ambassador for our brand.

Registered Massage Therapist

We are looking for Registered Massage Therapists (new grads welcome) to join our team.

We offer you full administrative support and supply everything: massage tables, linens, and all supplies so you can focus on providing exceptional patient care. We just ask that you supply your own massage lotion or oil as it differs from practitioner to practitioner. We believe in the talent of our practitioners and are dedicated to assisting them in developing their practice.
