Friday: 7:00AM-5:00PM

Saturday: 8:00AM-3:00PM

Our team at Performance Integrated Health has received and implemented all required governing board guidelines and recommendations for resuming in-clinic services. We feel confident in our complete preparation to safely provide our patients in-person care.

IMPORTANT: We ask patients who will be requesting in-person appointments to take a moment to review and understand the measures we will be taking, and what we expect of you, to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of other patients and our team.

PIH may look a little different the next time you visit.


Below is a summary of the precautions we will be taking. Please know that the health and safety of our patients has always been, and remains our top priority. We feel the steps we have chosen to take in our re-opening plans will provide the safest environment for reducing the risk of spreading and/or contracting of COVID-19.

To ensure the safety of our patients and our staff, we will be:

  • Reducing the volume of appointments in the clinic and increasing time between appointments to allow for increased sanitization between each patient

  • All practitioners will be wearing surgical masks

  • Limiting the use of our waiting area

  • Increased frequency of sanitization of all surfaces and high touch/traffic areas in the clinic

  • Requiring masks to be worn by all patients who enter the clinic. Please bring your own, or a mask will be provided to you for a fee.

  • Patients can request the level of PPE they would like their practitioner to wear

  • Requiring hand washing or hand sanitization when you enter and exit the clinic

  • Required completion of self -assessment questionnaires for both staff and patients entering the clinic each day (Referenced source: https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en to create our questionnaire)

  • Placing clear signage around clinic to encourage social distancing

  • Installing plexiglass sneeze guards in the front reception area

  • Introducing and encouraging a NEW contactless payment option (details at the bottom)

  •  Continuing to offer Telehealth Virtual appointments for our Physiotherapy & Naturopathic appointments

  • Continuing to offer curb-side supplement pick up to those who do not have an appointment

 

We will be learning a lot during this unique re-shaping of our practice, and we will need YOUR help by following the steps below:

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

*Registered Massage Therapy patients must complete a telephone assessment with their therapist at least 24 hours BEFORE they receive in-person treatment. This is a non-negotiable requirement set out by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. You will receive a call from your therapist that may come up as a private phone number.

Your appointment will be cancelled if your phone assessment has not been completed in advance.

  • Please bring and wear a mask to the clinic

  • Please complete the COVID-19 Self Assessment Questionnaire sent to you via email before your appointment, and any other necessary intake forms before your appointment

  • Please call us at 604-535-7705 or use self check-in using the QR code that will be posted on our door. Please wait in your car and or outside until notified via telephone to enter clinic

  • Please arrive alone- only those scheduled for an appointment will be allowed in the clinic. Let us know ahead of time if you require assistance or if you are a guardian joining a minor

  • You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you enter and exit the clinic

  • Do not book an appointment if you have travelled outside of BC within the past 14 days

  • Cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms. Cancellation fees will not apply when cancelling due to illness, however 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated, as we will have limited schedules to accommodate other patients who may need your appointment time

  • Please do not sit down in the waiting room, or stay in the clinic any longer than necessary to have your treatment and complete payment.

  • Please be considerate of the social distancing signage in the clinic

  • We will be strong encouraging contactless payment. Please add your credit card to your account so we can automatically bill you, to encourage contactless payment. Debit and credit TAP payments will be accepted if absolutely necessary. No cash payments will be accepted. (details at the bottom) 

  • Please use the washroom before you come. If you need to use a washroom, there will be access to the restroom in the main lobby of our building.

  • Please do not move around the clinic unescorted. Do not cross red lines in the clinic unless escorted by your practitioner or office coordinator. 

  • Please ask us any questions you may have about these guidelines to ensure the smoothest transition into our new protocols. We are always here to help!

It is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with hands on treatment, as it does not allow for physical distancing. Please consider your own tolerance of risk when considering visiting the clinic. We ask that you please take the time to understand the above requirements, as despite all precautions there is always a risk with in person treatment.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP STILL AVAILABLE:

When your supplement supply is running low, or when you need a wellness product, we are offering curb-side pickup on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am and 1pm.
