A Farewell from Dr. Grant

Dear Patients,

It is with excitement and sadness that I write this as I will be leaving Performance Integrated Health on July 25, 2017 to pursue a new life venture. I'd like to thank you for your time, your stories and your friendship. I encourage you to continue your care with either Dr Kusch or Dr Flatt and know you will be in good hands.
